Giveaway Rules

The Giveaway is organized by (the "Organizer"):

The Giveaway runs from its publication on the Instagram profile @sportnekartice on 2 September 2026 until 4 October 2026 at 21:00 (CEST). Comments submitted after this deadline do not enter the draw.

The Giveaway is open to natural persons with permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia who hold their own genuine Instagram profile.

Minors enter the Giveaway with the consent of their legal representative. For persons under 15 years of age, consent to the processing of personal data must be given or approved by their legal representative in accordance with the Slovenian Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

Entry is free of charge and is not conditional on any purchase. The Organizer may not enter; the Organizer's immediate family members are likewise excluded from the draw.

Each participant enters the draw once, regardless of the number of comments submitted, and may receive at most one prize.

To enter, a participant must complete all three steps while the Giveaway is running:

The prize pool consists of 5 (five) prizes: Topps Premier League 2026/27 Flagship Edition Mega Tin. The market value of each prize is EUR 18.99. Five winners will be drawn; each receives one prize.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods, nor transferred to a third party. Prize photos in the post are illustrative. If a prize cannot be provided for reasons on the side of the manufacturer or supplier, the Organizer will substitute it with a comparable prize of at least equal value.

Winners will be selected by random draw from all participants who meet the conditions of these rules. The draw will be performed electronically, using a random-selection tool, on 4 October 2026 in the evening.

In addition to the 5 winners, 5 reserve entrants will be drawn in order. The Organizer will keep minutes of the draw for two years. The result of the draw is final and not subject to appeal.

Winners will be announced by their Instagram username within 3 days of the draw, in a story and/or a comment under the Giveaway post, and will also be notified by Instagram direct message.

Each winner must, within 7 days of receiving the direct message, provide the Organizer with their first and last name and a delivery address in the Republic of Slovenia. For winners under 18 years of age, these details must be provided by their legal representative. Failing that, the winner is deemed to have forfeited the prize; the prize passes to a reserve entrant or otherwise remains unawarded, and the Organizer is released from all obligations.

The Organizer ships the prize at its own cost by post to the provided address in the Republic of Slovenia, as a rule within 30 days of receiving the details.

The value of each prize does not exceed EUR 42, so under the Slovenian Personal Income Tax Act (ZDoh-2) the prize is not taxable. The Organizer is not required to calculate and pay advance personal income tax on the prize, and winners are not required to provide their tax number to claim it.

The Organizer is the controller of personal data. To run the Giveaway, it processes the Instagram usernames of participants and of persons tagged in comments (data publicly visible on Instagram) and, for winners, also their first and last name and delivery address.

Data is processed solely to run the Giveaway — verifying eligibility, performing the draw, announcing winners, and delivering prizes. The legal basis is the consent the participant gives by entering the Giveaway. Winners' data is retained for as long as applicable regulations require; other data is not processed further after the Giveaway ends (comments remain published on Instagram until the participant deletes them).

Participants have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and withdrawal of consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner. Details are available in our Privacy Policy:

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms. Information provided as part of the Giveaway is provided to the Organizer and not to Instagram. By entering, each participant completely releases Instagram from any liability in connection with the Giveaway. Participants must also comply with Instagram's Terms of Use.

The Organizer may at any time disqualify a participant who violates these rules, enters with fake or duplicate profiles, uses automated tools to enter, or otherwise manipulates the Giveaway, as well as a participant who posts offensive or unlawful content in the comments.

The Organizer is not liable for outages or disruptions of Instagram, for failed delivery of direct messages, or for cases where a winner cannot be reached via Instagram. Participants enter at their own risk.

These rules are published on sportnekartice.si for the duration of the Giveaway and apply from 2 September 2026. The Organizer may amend or supplement the rules for justified reasons (e.g. abuse, technical issues, force majeure); amendments are published in the same manner as these rules and take effect upon publication, and may not diminish rights participants have already acquired.

These rules and the Giveaway are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia. In the event of any discrepancy between the Slovenian and English versions of these rules, the Slovenian version prevails.
